OOC PREFERENCES:
CONTACT METHOD: plurk
THREAD-JACKING: Sure
FOURTH WALLING / CANON PUNCTURE: If anyone has a reason to recognize obscure and forgettable late 90s JRPGs, it would serve him right
BACKTAGGING: Yup
AVOIDED TOPICS: N/A
PREFERRED GENDER PRONOUN: she/her

IC CHARACTERISTICS:
CURRENT CANON POINT: Standard ending of Breath of Fire IV
PHYSICAL DESCRIPTION: Physically, Fou-Lu looks like a youngish, slightly short, reasonably fit man of east Asian extraction except for having about three feet of silver-white hair, short horns, weirdly green and faintly reptilian eyes, and pointy ears. Okay, he doesn't look terribly human. Those with appropriate magical senses may be able to sense some additional aspects of his nature. Fou-Lu spent hundreds of years in an enchanted sleep and therefore speaks with antiquated grammar as well as the formality and arrogance of an emperor. The air around him his cold and smells of ice and open skies.
Weird magical things: Elemental affinity to water and ice, is actually a dragon wearing a humanoid form, is actually a god (which in his universe means a powerful supernatural being summoned from another reality, no theological crisis required), is actually only half of a whole being, has magical vision with very limited appplications
DEMEANOR: Fou-Lu is an imperious dickbag. He assumes he's more important than everybody around him, and even when he's trying to pass for normal, the best he can manage is aloof and weird. He carries himself like he's at the head of an army and spends a lot of time glaring.
ABILITIES: Due to power limitations, about all he can manage in terms of magic at the moment is moving ice and water around in a manner that gives him no offensive capabilities to speak of. He is stronger, faster, and more resilient than a human, but not nearly as much as he'd like.
MEDICAL INFORMATION: Fou-Lu heals remarkably quickly, able to claw himself back to health from almost any injury not inflicted by specific magic options. Otherwise, he has a basically human body. But with tiny, tiny horns.
CABIN INFORMATION: The door is ornately carved greenish marble. The room beyond is also ornately carved greenish marble. It is, in fact, his royal tomb, and aside from a stone plinth that once had a fancy cushion on it (long since rotted away), there is nothing inside that suggests a person is supposed to live there. The traps don't even work anymore.
OFFENSIVE SUBJECTS: Gods, humanity, the goodness of either, really, anything. He's very easy to offend.

IC PERMISSIONS:
MENTAL: With permission because he's a god and it's probably going to work funny.
MIMICRY: Yes. If they're willing to put up with being him, they deserve whatever rewards may come.
VIOLENCE: Extremely easily! He will very likely go for lethal damage right away, though.
MAGIC: Feel free. He'll be jealous.
DEBATE: They can try. Emperors don't need evidence.
